When you are in the thick of your spiritual journey, there is a strong desire to learn and explore.  Books fall off the shelves, resources pop up on your path and spirit lights the way for you to feed the hunger for knowledge.  Gaia is one of those resources for me.  There was a time when I was going through a phase of growth and my desire to learn was at an all time high.  I wanted to find a ‘spiritual netflix’ so that I could soak in documentaries, movies, and tv shows that were focused on content that would keep my vibes high, but would also challenge my thinking and way of being.  I don’t know how I came across Gaia, but I am glad that I did.

Gaia offers guided meditations, workouts, documentaries, movies, tv shows, etc so there is literally something for everyone.

Though I love this resource, you will notice that the voice and perspective of women of color (people of color in general) is not very strong on Gaia, but this further highlights the need for The Vibe Rise.  Though we are looking to elevate the voices and experiences of people of color, we recognize that we are all one and that a good resource is a good resource.  If you are looking for more constant and available content, give Gaia a try. Gaia can be found on your smart phone, Roku, desktop, etc.
